State of Florida Performance Website
This is a new website that gives Florida's citizens a scorecard on how well the State is performing on six key areas: public safety, education, health and family, transportation, economy and taxes and the environment. This site also allows the public to give feedback with a special place for suggestions. |
Florida Office of Insurance Regulation
The Office's Mission is to ensure that insurance companies licensed to do business in Florida are financially viable, operating within the laws and regulations governing the insurance industry; and offering insurance policy products at fair and adequate rates which do not unfairly discriminate against the buying public. |
Office of the Condominium Ombudsman
Created by an act of the Legislature in 2004, the Office of the Condominium Ombudsman was established to be a resource for unit owners, board members, condominium associations and others. The Ombudsmans duties are prescribed in Section 718.5012 Florida Statutes, and read, in part, as follows: |
Division of Florida Land Sales
The division administers the provisions of Florida's Uniform Land Sales Practices Act, Chapter 498, Florida Statutes, relating to the offer and disposition of subdivided lands to the public. The division has authority to promulgate administrative rules to implement, interpret and enforce the provisions of this law. |

The purpose of the Kendall Federation of Homeowner Associations, Inc. shall be to promote the general welfare of the Kendall Community by identifying and addressing quality of life issues and matters of concern through a Federation of Homeowner Associations.

Pelican Bay Foundation, Inc.
Situated alongside two and one-half miles of pristine white sand beaches with a backdrop of native Florida mangroves, Pelican Bay is a private community located just north of Naples, Florida. The Foundation serves as the homeowners' association for the community that includes over 60 residential condominium and homeowner associations, three premier hotels, upscale shopping areas, and a 570 acre conservation area and over 40 acres of parks and nature trails.
